What's a crawfish? :-) I've heard of catfish before!

Hello everyone. Just wanted to say that things are well in Kentucky, except for the fact that our basketball team sucks! (but not worse than LSU this year!! :-)

Wish I was there for the crawfish boil. We had one last spring when my sister (Rhonda) turned 50. Her 2 kids had some shipped up from Louisiana for the special event. You should see Kentuckians eating a crawfish! (You want me to do what with that thing?!!!).

Hope all is well. Miss you all. I'll be coming down to Louisiana in July to the Slidell area for some hurricane relief work (my entire family) then up to Oak Grove for a family reunion. Hope to get to Monroe for a day.

Good Grief Miller!!!!!

I did not mean "that" kind of Cajun Cooker. I meant a Cajun person that cooks. Maybe you understood that and just like eating grilled crawfish off of the cook. I doubt anyone would be surprised by that. You always were kind of strange like that. Better leave the cooking to me and my Cajun cooker.

Go figure. Kentucky makes the NCAA tourney while LSU finishes last in the SEC West one year removed from the final four and returning Big Baby. Now you would think it would be LSU getting a new coach, not Kentucky. Boy, the bar in high at KY. I got to go to the Ohio St.-Memphis game in San Antonio. Lot closer than the score indicated. Who will Ky hire?

We're really making a move on Billy Donovan! Word's out that he (his wife) has already closed on a house here in Lexington! UK has an unreachable bar here in basketball, much like LSU's football empire. Pity the next fine coach that comes in here and doesn't win the big one within 3 years! Tubby was a good one, but just hasn't been able (lately) to motivate his players to levels of greatness. Oh well, we'll know in the next few days!

OK, Randall. Scott Miller said it was okay for you to come to the boil as long as you bring 10 lbs of crawfish, a 5 lb sack of onions and two cases of Miller High Life 14 oz cans plus a couple of folding lawn chairs. He also wants you to bring some cleaned frog legs like you used to sell in high school to throw on the "Cajun Cooker". Oh yeah, Scott also said that you and your sweet little GF would have to work the clean up crew afterwards while he takes a nap in a hammock he plans to string from a couple of cottonwood trees. He said not to forget your $10 each too.
