Omicron is an assassin who has operated in North America for the past three years he has a tendency to surround himself with a thick wall of secrecy (fact is that wall is so thick that I'm not sure which gender he/she is but to avoid confusion I'll refer to him/her as a male). There seems to be two parts to the way Omicron works the first is that of an assassin and more recently he's been more of a terrorist. The physical description of Omicron is hardly known to mainly because Omicron is so good that the person doesn't realize their dying until it's too late and the rest is because Omicron is a master of disguise.
Omicrons thick wall of secrecy is so intense that you don't contact him, he contacts you. How he does that is still a mystery but as far as I've figured out its traced back through a rumor chain for example; you're a fairly successful businessman that's in line to take a position when another person dies and you tell your friend how "good" it would be for that person to have an "accident" and either that friend tells someone else or that conversation get overheard by someone else. But either way the end result's the same and you get a visit from Omicron or one of his associates a few weeks later, you agree on a price and timeframe then that person gets taken out and you pay the money.
The actual terrorist part of Omicron is a very complex process indeed, first he stalks a person with all completeness and completely without their knowledge then he makes almost threat like gestures to most of your friends and only slightly implying that it might be them using a diffident alias then after a period of time he takes the person out creating a brilliantly conceived widespread yet compressed panic. Making him far more effective than any other terrorist out there.
The actual assassin part of Omicron is admirable to say the least, he prefers to wok close but he dosen't have so much pride that he won't use a sniper rifle if he feels his cover might be blown. His signature maneuver (it's only used when certain allowances are made) is to go behind a person and put one or more holes in the back of a persons head, destroying most of the facial features thus giving himself more time to escape. Other methods include but are mot limited to: lethal injection, ice knives, apparent suicides, and accidents ranging from car wrecks to boating disappearances.
Omicron has many aliases to get around and I've studied him thoroughly and the only thing that I've been able to put together is that the terrorist portion seems to use the aliases Briggs and Pawn but even when a person realizes they've seen him you can hardly get two people to agree on his description.
