If you don't tell the truth or a secret, it's going to grow worse and worse. I've heard of families and friends being torn apart all because of untold truths and secrets. You need to tell the truth even if it hurts you. But.... some have their reasons to keep quiet.8-19

To turn your eyes inward means to look into yourself and open your heart and mind. Find strengths that you thought you never had. To turn your eyes inward is the only way to grow through life.8-20

Sacrifice. I see sacrifice as something good or bad. It depends on the situation and how you look at it. I haven't made any real sacrifices, yet. But the time will come to me. I just know it.8-21

We always go somewhere for my birthday. This year, we went to Washington D.C., Maryland, and Gettysburg. My family and I stayed with our cousin in Maryland. She came from Ghana. I had African food there and I loved it! On Saturday, we went to the art museums and Holocaust museum in Washington D.C. It was fascinating! I had gotten a writing book and a CD from one of the Asian art museums. On Friday, we went to Gettysburg. It wasn't as thrilling as DC itself. I enjoyed my birthday trip!8-25

I know a lot of people who suffered because of their beliefs. Mary Dryer, Leo Frank, protestants, Christian Japanese, Anne Frank, and all of the Jews of in the Holocaust. All could or did find the strength to carry on. Some of them died. But the others lived to tell their story.8-26

My head is full over romance, Europe, Asia, and supernatural creatures and occurrences. They invade my thought every single day. My cousin says my writing is an obsession. I've even been threatened that if I didn't keep my grades up, my works would be confined. So I work to keep them. I must be an addict. It's all stuck in my head and won't leave. That's why I write it all out.8-27

To see rightly, is to have an open and kind heart. You can only see the essential things in life with your heart being pure. Only a pure heart can see. Keep your heart open and pure.
