Cristie: Single Mom of 4, has been raising four(4) children on her own with practically no support whatsoever from her x-husband.

As a matter of fact, the State hasn't really done much of anything either over the last 15 yrs. to help obtain child support either.

What's a single mother of four(4) to do ?
