(passport, driver’s license, etc.) with you when you meet with your SMP Assessor...have BOTH the original photo I.D. and a copy of it with you - this is important for verification of you as the authorized mortgagor.
You must also fill out the enclosed form for your mortgage and loan information - have this completed form with you when you meet with your SMP Assessor...this information is vital for your SMP Assessor to complete a thorough analysis of your mortgage and help you minimize lender overcharges.
