ADT Security Services also known as ADT fire and security or more usually just ADT is a division of Tyco International and a major worldwide supplier of electronic security and fire alarm systems, communication systems and integrated building management systems.

With over 20 million customers nationwide (US) ADT has grown to be a powerhouse of the securities industry.

ADT has a tradition of buying out smaller companies to gain their contracts, one notable example is Wells Fargo. ADT's main competitor for Wells Fargo business is Videotronix Inc. a Twin Cities Based Security System Integrator.
