Students
These
are some of the forms that we use in class. If you are at home
and find that you need to use one, you can right click and save these
forms. Then you can either work on them on your computer like we
do in the computer lab, or you can print them out and write on them.
If one is assigned for homework, then you can use these as a back
up in case you forgot yours in school. Or if you make a mistake
while writing on it, you can always print another one.
Parents
These
are a few forms that you can use and send back to school with your
child. If you are interesting in volunteering in our classroom in
any way, please fill out the volunteer form. One will also be
sent home to you during the first week of school. If you have any
concerns about your child, you may fill out the parental concern form
and send it in to school with your child and I will get back to you as
soon as possible. The field trip permission form is also
available in case one you or your child misplaces one of the forms sent
home from school. If you are unable to print out a form, send a note in
with your child requesting one of these forms and I will send it home
with your child on the same day. To save and print these forms,
right click and save as. Then you can either edit the forms on
the computer and print, or you can print it out and write directly on
the paper.
