Clan McCullough Son of O Ceallaigh

The history of the McCullough family has its roots in the Royal lineage of King David through the succession of the kings of Israel and the house of Judah in Ireland where its royal roots can be traced back to Heremon the first king of Ireland whose lineage was derived from Zarah, the son of Judah whose father was Jacob, the great patriarch and Price of Israel.

The McCullough’s originated in Northern Ireland with the name Maccullaich and O Ceallaigh “Descendant of Ceallach” and its family history can be traced back to Heremon, the first king of Ireland in 600 B.C.  Clan O’Kelly, now Kelly, is a genuine “O” surname which belongs to the oldest class of native Irish names whose name also means “Descendant of Ceallach.”  The O’Kelly name has its roots in Makulaugh of Macullough, and many of the Kelly clan are actually McCullough’s (from the Irish Gaelic word O Ceallaigh) Mac Ceallaigh- Kelly, Son of Ceallach.  This clan ruled over an extensive territory in the countries of Galway and Rosscommon.  The McCullough family is associated with the name Ross, Munroe and MacKelly until they were forced to relocate to the Western Highlands and Islands of Scotland.

These family roots can also be linked to the other son of Jacob names Pharez whose Royal descendant was the daughter of King Zedekiah Tea Tephi.  This Queen from the Royal house of David married King Heremon of Ireland when the Old Testament Prophet Jeremiah who escaped with King Zedekiah’s three daughters to Egypt, Gibraltar and finally sailed to Ireland during the overthrow of Jerusalem by Nebuchadnezzar the King of Babylon.  The Prophet Jeremiah also brought with him some ancient relics ‘The Royal Scepter of Judah, the Harp of King David, and the Stone of Destiny, which is the stone of pillar of Jacob where the Holy Covenant of Jacob’s fathers Abraham and Isaac was renewed by the God of Israel.  The stone of Destiny was carried by the children of Israel throughout their generations up until the time Jeremiah carried it to Ireland to plant the Royal line of David and to transfer the royal Scepter of the house of Judah into the hands of its rightful owners.  On the beautiful Ulster flag of Ireland there is a ‘Red Hand’ mounted on the ‘Star of David’ under a Royal Crown which are the Royal symbols of Israel.  The proof is in the flag.

King Zedekiah was killed by the Babylonians after the Jewish homeland was invaded and the people taken captive by King Nebuchadnezzar in 580 B.C.  The Prophet Jeremiah escaped with his scribe Baruch whose Irish name was Simon Brug and the three daughters of King Zedekiah. The only surviving Daughter, the Queen Royal was Tea Tephi.  Zedekiah Tea Tephi’s father became the last king to rule in Judea in Israel.  The Prophet Jeremiah traveled to Egypt and Gibraltar and then took his final voyage to Ireland to finish his heavenly mission to plant the Royal bloodline of Judah in Ireland and to unite the Royal descendants to Zarah and Pharez together to heal the breach between the two descendants of the house of Judah.

In Genesis 49:10 the patriarch Jacob gives to promise and prophecy that:

“The Scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh (Epithet of the Messiah) comes: and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.”

The McCullough family history can be traced as far back as the first Malaysian Celtic Kings of Iberia ‘Spain’ and to 583 B.C. when Tea Tephi King Zedekiah’s daughter married The King of Ireland Heremon “The Branch of the Red Hand.”  The McCullough family had descended from the original Gaelic/Celtic race beginning in Ulster in the North of Ireland called “Ir” and then relocated to Scotland in the Western Highlands and the Country and region of Galloway.

The house of David has long been associated with the Royal family of Britain documented as far forward as Queen Victoria in 1819 up until the present.  The descent of the Royal Family from the royal line of Judah is however no new discovery.  The Saxon Kings (Isaac’s sons) traced themselves back to Odin, who was traced back to his descent form David.

“As the saying goes, if you are an O or a Mac you are a true Irishman”
