Yaka Arrow: Yondu uses a whistle-controlled arrow made out of Yaka, dealing up to In Edge. By whistling, Yondu is able to control the direction of the arrow's flight. As long as Yondu is able to whistle, the arrow has an In Control rank and can even return to Yondu or vibrate at frequences of his choice while in flight. He can perform the following power stunts:
-Confusion: Yondu can cause an arrow to fly around a target in such a manner as the confuse the unfortunate victim. If Yondu makes an In FEAT vs. target's Intuition, that target cannot move from the area he is in, and any ranged attacks that he uses are -2cs
