Arclight may direct her powers against living targets causing In Blunt. On non-living damage is increased to Am. If Arclight creates a seismic shockwave it causing Am damage to all non-living targets in a 3 area radius. Living are affected by a blast of Am intensity however take no damage, but may be stunned or slammed.
