The secret method of inviting blessing,These principles should be chanted in the morning when you wake up and at night, before you go to bed. Also, whenever one feels the need.
After the basic history and introduction to Reiki we start with meditation training as this is the basis for all energy and spiritual work. We also start with basic anatomy.
Taught along with the meditation is Jyoshin Koki-ho. This is a breathing technique.
You will learn how to 'feel' energy.
You will be shown basic hand positions and be shown how to give yourself Reiki.
** In order to heal others, one must be healed themself. In being a Reiki practitioner, it is very important that you know how to 'self heal'. By practicing the Reiki principles, regular meditation and by practicing Reiki on yourself, you learn to heal yourself. Kenyoku-ho (dry bathing) is a method I teach to also help with this).
Byosen and Reiji are taught at this level. These are 'focus healing' methods.
You learn the 5 basic hand positions taught by Mr. Usui.
1. Zento-buJakikri-Joka-ho is a procedure used to 'cut' negative energy from objects or people. It is supposed to 'transform' this negative energy from objects and fill the space with positive energy.
Nentatsu-ho is a way to use Reiki with emotional issues.
Shuchu Reiki is Group Reiki and is taught along with Reiki Mawashi which is a Reiki Circle.
Once knowledge of Reiki history and proficiency is shown in these above areas you will receive the Shoden, or Level One Rank.
