Officer Pemberton has been with the Las Animas Police Department since December, 1st. 1999. Pemberton started as the Code Enforcement Officer. In September of 2000 he went to the Police Academy at the Otero Junior College. Officer Pemberton is still the Code Enforcement Officer and fills in as a Police Officer when needed. Pemberton is also the IT Tech for the Las Animas Municepal Building. Pemberton is also the Webmaster of this web site.
