Dreyers And Felix tube- Widal tubes

Points to be noted :-

1. Left one is the dreyers tube- narrowtube with a conical bottom for H agglutination. which appears as loose cottony wooly clumps

2. Right one is the felix tube- round bottom used for O agglutination which appears as disc like pattern at the bottom of the tube.

3. These are the WIDAL tubes present in a Widal rack - they are used for Serology testing in enteric fever.
