Song Seung Hun first trip to Japan after army : Fans vying seats to see him
Song who has the tile of “The last Hallyu Star” will be meeting fans in this coming Tues, 12 December. Fans who registered with the official website will only have a chance of 2000 :1 to meet Song.
The website will select 100 out of 20000 registered Japan fans to attend the program. The registration had finished yesterday with 20000 fans who are vying for the 100 places. This obviously proves that Song is very well-liked in Japan.
Fuji television reported that Kwon Sang Woo also attended such meeting in 2004 but the competition on the places is not this stiff. They also say that such result is unexpected.
Song will be staying in Japan for 3 days besides attending the Fuji Television program “Hot Fantasy Odaiba 2006-2007” he will attend few other activities.

Kim Jung Hoon had his first album in Japan
More commonly known as “Prince Lu” in the drama , Kim Jung Hoon originally is a singer. His talent was first recognized in a competition, he then joined a group called UN which stands for United N-Generation. At first Kim wanted to leave for his study after UN dissolve, however he was selected to have a part in the famous drama where his career suddenly change from being a singer into an actor.
Like BoA and Rain, Kim chosen Japan as a beginning point to distribute his first single, hoping to get more recognition in Asia. The album “5 Stella Lights” was already in distribution since end of October, around one month ago. He had performed a few mini concerts in places like Tokyo, Osaka and Fugang and had planned to go more than 10 more places in 2 months time.
There are disputes on original company Eight Peaks and company Group Eight which intend to have the sequel on the original with different group of actors and actresses.
The good news came when the original company decides to proceed with the sequel soon and original actor like Kim Jung Hoon and Yoon Eun Hye will be staring in the sequel which plans to start shooting by end of next year or beginning of 2008.
After the news break out, Jung Hoon fans are so happy about it.

Korea advertising consortium had done a survey called “Most likable Advertisement in 2006”.
In terms of advertisement, actor Jang Dong Gun and Lee Young Ae top the chart.
Lee Jun Kin who is the first runner up was lagging at a close 0.7%. Although Lee Jun Ki who is famous after staring in “King and the Clown” haven’t climb to the top, he has most numbers of supporters. Besides being the most favorite actor for ladies between ages 10 – 30 years old, his advertisement for a juice beverage is the most unforgettable advertisement.
In terms of sales, Lee Jun Ki top the chart with the juice advertisement as the sales breaks 1 billion won each month and until last October the sales had rose to 721 billion won.
Actress Jun Ji Hyun had done even better. Her advertisement in a tea advertisement which is well received for guys between 20 – 30 years old had reached 1100 billion won of sales.

Daniel is one of the main character in the all time favorite “My Name is Kim Sam Soon” .He who is famous for his sunshine smile had recently published his photo compilations.

Disability rights ambassador Lee Da Hae
Lee Da Hae is the ambassador for disability rights in Korea.
Last Friday, she attended the ceremony to speak on the laws and regulations that were setup 8 years ago to protect the benefits of disable person.
The purpose is to make the public aware of the rights of the disable.

Rain donated stage clothes for charity auction
World famous Korean star Rain donated his clothes for a charity auction. 21 hours before bidding ends, the clothes price had reached 1 million.
The charity function was held by MBC and Korean Red Cross Society. He donated the clothes that he worn at stage during the promotion of his fourth album hit single “I’m Coming”.
The charity mainly is to help children who are bringing up by grandparents who are usually less advantage environment.
Other than Rain, other Korean start like Kim Tae Woo also involved in this charity auction.
This is the second time that Red Cross organize such function to help the less fortunate

Bae Yong Jun attended the “Asia Hallyu Exhibition” at Jeju
Yesterday is the opening ceremony of “Asia Hallyu Exhibition”. The exhibition is held in Jeju Island. Bae who is the representative of the function attracted a lot of fans. His appearance at the function attracted almost 4000 fans from Asia and Japan. Most of the Japan fans cater planes just to fly in to the island.
The event will last until next year March. As the first Korean star in the exhibition he had boost up the promotion of this exhibition.
Yesterday, Bae even perform some magic tricks to the audience. Bae choose Choi Ji Woon as an actress that he work very well with.
After Bae, other famous Hallyu actors like Song Seung Hun will also attend the function. The organizer is expecting more than 150 000 visitors in this exhibition within these three months.

Hyun Bin in charity at Seoul
As a spokesperson for a famous bread franchiser, Hyun Bin attended a charity function in Seoul few days ago. There is also a short session of autobiography. In one of the activity, Hyun Bin walks on the runway with two kids and then helps the kids to wear hats which are printed with lots of love.
Local fans as well as fans from China and Japan attend the function as well.

Kim Joo Hyeok has the best style
Kim was chosen as an actor who has the best style.
Two famous man’s magazine had organized an “A Award”, to select actors who has talent in different industry and at the same time can express his own charm. This year, Kim Joo Hyeok is awarded having the best style.
“A Award” agent said ”Kim do not only excel in his acting skill but his style in clothing is as good as designers.”
Together with other winners, Kim donated his prizes to a charity foundation.

The sick Jang Na Ra continues promotion
Although Jang Na Ra was sick but she still went on with her promotion at the Shanghai Filming Academy, to get in touch with the students there. She was wearing a hat and appeared quite sick.
She was originally invited to have a 30 minutes speech and to do some live performance. The performance that is expected to last for 45 minutes ended up in only 20 minutes.
In a reporter interview, she apologies for the occasion and mentioned that when she first arrived in the airport, she had already went to the hospital once that’s why the activity had to cut short and she was unable to sing live as well, she also says that she is sorry that she is not able to sing for the students too.
