Born on June 30th, 1984, K.C. McKnight was destined to be a wrestler. Was it because his father was a wrestler? No. It was because he wrestled his way out of his mom's uterus into this world(I love puns!!)! His love for wrestling was acquired when he and his family moved to Stone Mountain Georgia when he was 3 years old. While there, K.C. and his father, religiously, watched Georgia Championship Wrestling. With all the incredible wrestling, and Gordon Solie's commentating, little K.C. fell in love.
By the time he was 6, his family had moved back to North Carolina, and his love for wrestling and disapeared. With no way of watching GCW, the passion faded away. Then in 1993, while flipping through the channels, he came across this new TV show, RAW. The first match he watched on RAW involved "The Macho Man" Randy Savage, who he fell in love with all because of his flashy attire. He continued to watch throughout the course of a few months, but the wrestling that once consumed his life, just wasn't there anymore. That is until the 1993 King of the Ring!
A man by the name of Bret "Hitman" Hart, entered the 8 man, King of the Ring tournament in 1993. Going in as the former heavyweight champion would seem like he was a shoe in for the crown. But, with the Hitman's amazing storytelling, something different happend that night. Not to go into too much detail, Bret overcame all the odds and was crowned "King of the Ring". That night, K.C. decided he wanted to be a professional wrestler.
K.C. entered "Stro's School of Wrestling" in March of 2004, and never looked back. The training was that of the "old school", but K.C. was determined to make it. In Augus of '04, he finished the school and joined the ACPW wrestling federation and hasn't looked back!
So yeah, I wrote this in third person. I wanted to give you insite on how i became a professional wrestler. This is my life, my passion, and my dream. Aside from the God Lord above, this is my top priority. I would do anything for this business, besides giving up my religion. One day, I plan on making a living out of this thing I like to call a SPORT. I thank God everyday for all the blessings he has given me. Through Christ all things are possible, and I believe that. Wrestling has consumed my life, but through the grace of God, he has allowed me to become a pretty good wrestler. I thank everyone who has helped me achieve my dream, and I hope one day to repay you for everything. Thanks to the fans, who love and hate me, for supporting me, and Thank God for allowing my dream to come true!
