Triangle DEF is called an EQUILATERAL TRIANGLE

Triangle DEG is called an ISOSCELES TRIANGLE

In short, Triangle ABC is called a right triangle. In this triangle AB and AC (The perpendicular sides) are called the legs and BC (Side opposite to right angle) is called hypotenuse.
