I NEED HELP

I am a single mother to two kids, 5yrs and 11months old and I want to buy a house.

I have worked out that to save enough for a deposit it will take me 6 years. Then, I need to get a full time job (or two!) to be considered for a loan.

At the moment I work about 5 hours a week to earn a little extra for the kids. Sounds good so far? Well it is, I have healthy kids, a roof over their heads and food in the house. Except I am never going to be considered for a loan on this income.

  

Like any mother, I want a secure future for my kids. I am renting at the moment which is fine but in all honesty, I am paying someone else's mortgage. I also want to be there for my kids as they grow up.
