Here is G.L'S HOT 20 for the week of...

June 28th, 2008:

(Rankings are based within Northeastern Wisconsin)

WEEK #128: Miley Cyrus takes the #1 spot from Katy Perry to record her second #1 on the chart with "Seven Things", barely edging out "I Kissed A Girl". It is possible that Perry (#2) could overtake #1 again. As for the rest of the Top 5, no changes. There is a stand-still traffic line of songs at the top of the chart going on here. 101.1 WIXX, 95.9 WKSZ as well as Mediabase Radio Charts are the sources I use to make my countdown.

If a box is green, then the song is going up the charts. IF the box is red, then it is going down the charts. If it has NO COLOR, then it has begun its peak on the chart. If there is a (*) next to a songwriter's name, that means the song has reappeared on the countdown.

DEBUTS OF THE WEEK:

There are only two new debuts this week, the highest of which comes from rapper Plies and his newest single "Bust It Baby" at #11 (featuring Ne-Yo). It samples Janet Jackson's "Come Back To Me" of 1990. The other new single comes from Coldplay, "Viva La Vida", who scores their first song on my chart. Their new album is available in stores. Gavin DeGraw also redebuts for a short while. Shwayze, 2 Pistols and Lesley Roy fall off the countdown.
