The bottom input terminal connects to the bottom line of the circuit. The top input terminal connects to the top of R1, 700 k ohms. The bottom of R1 connects to the top of R2, 200 k ohms. The bottom of R2 connects to the top of R3, 70 k ohms. The bottom of R3 connects to the top of R4, 20 k ohms. The bottom of R4 connects to the top of R5, 10 k ohms. The bottom of R5 connects to the bottom line of the circuit. On the right the bottom output terminal is labeled common and connects to the bottom line of the circuit.
