Thank you for visiting the Fort Campbell Military MOPS website. The Fort Campbell Military MOPS group was established in Febuary of 2005. As a group we work very hard to bring this wonderful orginization to you, the moms, of the Fort Campbell community. MOPS was established in 1973 by moms, just like you, who realized they needed the suppot of other mothers.
MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers. MOPS International exists to meet the needs of every mom - urban, suburban and rural moms, stay-at-home and working moms, teen, single and married moms - moms with different lifestyles who all share a similar desire to be the very best moms they can be! MOPS recognizes that the years from infancy through kindergarten are foundational in a mother-child relationship and are filled with unique needs.
MOPS helps moms through relationships established in the context of local groups that provide a caring atmosphere for today's mother of young children. MOPS also encourages and supports moms through resources such as books, this Web site and the MOPS International Membership.
The Fort Campbell Military MOPS group meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month, August thru May. Childcare starts at 9:15 a.m. and meetings begain at 9:30 a.m. and goes till 11:45 a.m.
FEES: There is no fee to join a Military MOPS group. Childcare is provided at no charge to you. You may choose to become apart of MOPS International, which provides you with wonderful resources, FREE STUFF, and the ability to go to any MOPS group while you are a member.
