Tommy is still chasing me down at every chance he gets. I get my own apartment. If I walk across the parking lot to get my mail he comes running at me from behind the bushes. He is slipping notes through the cracks in the door. When I exchange Severn with Jo that isn't very amicable, he puts notes in Severns diaper bag. The police have to be called numerous times. Even the neighbors call saying "there is some guy under my neighbors car". Finally the police put out a warrant for his arrest.
Here is the information
Carroll Jo Watts calls me, apologizes for his behavior this is late January early February. She asks if I will please agree with her and tell the detective that I am fine with him not pursuing the warrant as long as Tommy goes back to Alaska. I agree with her hoping this will bring some peace between us. She acts very thankful.
As far as I know Tommy is gone now, I receive one letter from Alaska from him. That was the last time I heard from him until this day..
I feel the Temporary orders are no longer workable now that Tommy is gone. I feel Carroll Jo Watts should be able to have and see Severn anytime she wishes. I do not agree that a 50% custody is in order for a working Grandmother.
I send her a letter to this affect, certified. I sent it via the Internet, which shows it posting in some other state. I believe she panics and thinks I will be moving away with Severn. This was brought up by her attorney in court, (the a return address on the envelope).
Copy of Certified Letter Receipt... Notice the date....
I return Severn to her for her scheduled time with him, the next time I am to pick him up she doesn't arrive or answer my phone calls.
About a week later, I get a CPS note dropped on my doorstep and then am sued....Here are the papers
