The purpose of this website is to act as the eyes, ears, and voice of the residents of Flint Ridge, to promote the common democratic principals not found in our covenants and by-laws, and to alert property owners to the existence of a growing concerns within our community. Property Owners Association harmony is dependent upon property owner participation.
This website is meant to provide property owners with the means necessary to take an active role in the management of the community. All residents are invited to give their input and share their concerns and opinions on any topics regarding life in Flint Ridge.

Get Here?
Here's an article that talks about
how long the covenants have been "overlooked" by the Members of the Board of Directors, in reference to the Folks in the RV parks being permanent residents. If one will read it carefully, they can see that this violation has been going on for years. You would think that coming from the prior President of the POA, it is kind of an admission.
