Tefnut is the Daughter of Atum or Re. She is the Moisture or Rain Goddess. Her name means Sky-Spittle. She is married to her brother Shu and her children are Geb and Nut. She sometimes represents order, and is known as the Distant One because she left for quite awhile. She is often the "Eye" of Re. She is seen as a lioness-headed woman with a circle on her head.
