Geb is the God of Earth. He is part of the Great Ennead of Heliopolis. His name means Earth. He was the King of Egypt at one point, or so the stories tell us. He is seen as a man lying beneath a woman, who is Nut. At times he is seen as a goose, or a goose-headed man. He is married to Nut, and the son of Shu and Tefnut.
