FRESH TEXAS PECANS FOR SALE
These pecans have come from the trees in our yard in the fall of 2012 and the first few months of 2013. We've had a big crop this year and we are busy picking and cracking pecans. They are ones that we have hand-picked, cracked and picked out from the shell. Just a reminder that these are hand-picked. We do try to get all of the hull out, but we may miss a few here and there. Do double check your bag before eating. Then we bag them and freeze them to keep them fresh. They are mostly halves and would make great pies, cookies or a fantastic addition to your fudge recipe.
