Training Program for IEs

Day-Wise Topics of Training for Installation Experts (EIEs & CIEs):

    Day 1: General Computer, Microsoft Windows and Elementary Word-Processing Awareness.
    (Prerequisite, to be known beforehand by the trainees. Only a revision will be done.)
    Day 2: ESS-Promoted Software Shabda-Brahma (SB) & Abhibhavak Organizer (AO) and their Uses.
    Day 3: Installation of Shabda-Brahma and of Abhibhavak Organizer under Various Windows OS .
    Day 4: Installation of Freeware & TT Fonts, and Manipulation of Task Scheduler under Windows OS .
    Day 5: Rules and Marketing Strategy Regarding Sale of ESS-Promoted Software.
    Day 6: Written and practical examination on all five topics.

Study Materials:

As an IE of ESS, the designated recipient of this certificate will have the right to perform installations of any ESS-promoted software (such as Shabda-Brahma or Abhibhavak) on behalf of ESS on a ESS-customer's (home or office) PC, as is desired and authorized by the customer.
