Nothing is ever truly gone
Like a puddle of water, after the rain
It evaporates back into the clouds
And sometime later returns again.
Like the memory, you'll forever hold
Of your loved one that passed on.
They are a part of your thoughts and heart
Therefore they'll forever live on.
Yet, as for now, they are resting
For now they are at peace.
Say so long, never goodbye,
Until once again, in heaven, you'll meet.
