Inner pain comes in many different forms. It could be depression, anxiety, panic attacks, ocd & just plain confusion of your mind for no real reason.

I am no expert on this subject, I am just a simple person who has struggled with these issues. I remember feeling confused, mad, alone, ashamed & just plain sad because of the way I was. I did not realize others suffered like this which made me feel all the more alone & hopeless.

~I am not really sure why I am making this page~
I am not a person who likes to take my issues public or talk about them. This is probably why it took me so long to get the help I needed to overcome my struggles. If I would of gone for help earlier it would of saved me years of sorrow that could of been avoided. Making this page is relaxing and thereputic for me.

Please do not be ashamed & reach out for help. Everybody has issues, illnesses that need to be attended to. There is nothing wrong with asking for help from family, friends, doctors or whoever it might be. It will be def be worth it & you will have a much more happier & fulfilling life. Who knows, maybe help and support others you can relate to.
I have so much thankfulness and love to my husband(who laughs at me alot), my kids, Sandi, my Mom and God for blessing me with such an awesome and supportive family who has stood by and not judged me. My family is a true blessing and I love them and cherish our relationship and support we give to each other during times of difficulties.

I hope if you have issues like mine, my story will help you know that you are not alone. I went for years wondering what was going on and thinking I was the only one. The information I have linked to the pages are just information I got from the internet. If you have ocd/anxiety/panick attacks you have probably already checked similar sites.
