Minor Job: $5.00 per item and an additional $2.00 for each additional item.
Medium Job: $8.00 per item and an additional $4.00 for each additional item.

Installing/Upgrading/Removing Programs
Installing Program: $7.00 for 1 program and an additional $3.50 for each additional program.
Configuring Programs: $10.00 for 1 program and an additional $5.00 for each additional program. *Configuring is to setup a program to do something (i.e. a firewall))*
Updating Programs: $5.00 for 1 program and an additional $2.00 for each additional program. *Only if possible to update program*
Removing Program: $7.00 for 1 program to remove and an additional $2.00 for each additional program.
Installing/Configuring/Fixing/Removing Operating System
Installing Operating System: $20.00 for 1 operating system and an additional $10.00 for each additional operating system.
Upgrading Operating System: $20.00 for 1 operating system and an additional $10.00 for each additional operating system.
Configuring Operating System: $15.00 for 1 configuration and an additional $5.00 for each additional configuration.
Fixing Operating System: Minor Level Problem: $10.00 for 1 problem and an additional $5.00 for each additional problem.
Medium Level Problem: $20.00 for 1 problem and an additional $10.00 for each additional problem.
Major Level Problem: $40.00 for 1 problem and an additional $20.00 for each additional problem.
*A minor level problem is a problem that is just an annoyance (i.e. slow computer), a medium level problem is a problem that effects the whole computer but does not prevent the whole computer from working properly (i.e. a missing audio driver), a major level is a problem that effects the whole computer preventing the computer from working properly (i.e. a blue screen)*
Removing an operating system: $15.00 for 1 operating system and an additional $5.00 for each additional operating system.
Fixing a Problem
Minor Level Problem: $ 10.00 for 1 problem and an additional $3.00 for each additional problem.
Medium Level Problem: $15.00 for 1 problem and an additional $7.00 for each additional problem.
Major Level Problem: $20.00 for 1 problem and an additional $9.00 for each additional problem.

Medium Level Problem: $20.00 for 1 problem and an additional $10.00 for each additional problem.
Major Level Problem: $35.00 for 1 problem and an additional $15.00 for each additional problem.
*A minor level problem is a problem that is just an annoyance (i.e. pop ups), a medium level problem is a problem that effects the whole computer but does not prevent the whole computer from working properly (i.e. changing 1 or more of the computer's configurations), a major level is a problem that effects the whole computer preventing the computer from working properly (i.e. preventing computer to boot)*

Installing Hardware: $7.00 for 1 component and an additional $3.50 for each additional component plus the cost of the component.
Upgrading Hardware: $7.00 for 1 component and an additional $3.50 for each additional component plus the cost of the component.
Configuring Hardware: $10.00 for 1 configuration and an additional $5.00 for each additional configuration.
Removing Hardware: $5.00 for 1 component and an additional $2.00 for each additional component.
*Removing a component because it is damaged or because it needs to be updated/upgraded does not have a Removing Hardware fee.*

Installing/Upgrading Hard Drive
Primary Drive: $25.00 plus the cost of the Hard Drive. *The primary drive has the operating system installed on it.*
Secondary Drive: $7.00 for 1 Hard Drive and an additional $3.50 for each additional Hard Drive plus the cost of the Hard Drive.
Installing/Configuring/Fixing/Removing Peripherals
*A peripheral is a device that works with the computer. Examples of peripherals are printers, scanners, fax machines, digital cameras, some video cameras, and speakers.*
Installing Peripherals: $10.00 for 1 peripheral and an additional $5.50 for each additional peripheral plus the cost of the peripheral.
Configuring Peripherals: $10.00 for 1 configuration and an additional $5.00 for each additional configuration.
Fixing Peripherals: Minor Level Problem: $ 10.00 for 1 problem and an additional $3.00 for each additional problem.
Medium Level Problem: $15.00 for 1problem and an additional $7.00 for each additional problem.
Major Level Problem: $20.00 for 1problem and an additional $9.00 for each additional problem.
*A minor level problem is a problem that is just an annoyance (i.e. the peripheral device not configured properly), a medium level problem is a problem that effects the peripheral but does not prevent the peripheral from working properly (i.e. a cord that is used by the peripheral device is damaged), a major level is a problem that effects the peripheral preventing the peripheral from working properly (i.e. the peripheral device it self is damaged)*
Removing Peripherals: $7.00 for 1 peripheral and an additional $3.00 for each additional peripheral.
Building a New Computer System
$60.00 per computer system plus the cost of the components, and any peripheral devices (if you want any).
Building a Network
Wired: 1-10 computers in the network: $40 plus the cost of the networking equipment.
Wireless: 1-10 computers in the network: $ 40 plus the cost of the networking equipment.
