Hey, everybody... Friends, Family, and all the others.... Thanks for stopping by my new site, I am in the process of launching this, due to popular demand... All my friends and family always are calling me for recipes, and advice on cooking and such. Advice which I gladly and willingly offer at no charge, other than for their pure epicurean enjoyment. The problem is, as a professional chef for over 20 years, I would have thought by now, that since I am usually too busy to get to the phone during a meal time...And although you may have just gotten home from work, or are planning to whip up that lunch,or Dinner.... I am probably in the heat of my lunch or dinner rush, when you try to call, which is Ok... because I love you all!!!.... So for all of you, I have attempted to include all my great recipes, along with preparation, methods, step by step instructions, and some basic definitions of cooking terms. I hopefully can have the answer you seek, and if I don't, you can drop me a line, and I will find the answer from my huge huge network, of friends, mentors, and culinary experts... I also hope to include links to some of my personal favorite free sites, which will help you find all the other recipes you seek... so once again thanks for stopping by... This is a major project, and it will probably take allot of time to get the whole thing done... hang on, I promise it will be worth the wait...OH Yeah!!....
