DrunkDuck is a free webcomic hosting service founded by Dylan Squires. They also provide a community, peer and fan-feedback through a voting/comment system, and ranking of various webcomics divided in two categories, which are Comic Books and Comic Strips. In late November of 2005, DrunkDuck's hosting site collapsed. Leaving the site to gather dust, it was deleted along with all of the comics through the negligence of the hosting company. ActiveHost supplies FrontPage hosting for those sites that demand. The new DrunkDuck frontpage went live on January 1, 2006 and has since become a functional comics site with completely viewable accounts. There was a safeguard against spambots currently on all comic pages which makes commenting or rating difficult. Information regarding the functionality of the site as it continued to be worked on could be found on the forum.
