If you are client of India Bulls,
Start your PIB software - go to trade search - Export this search. Now you can
Import this from menu 'tools' - 'import
trade' by selecting your file exported by PIB. Do this action once in a
month or daily as per your convenience. Remember that India Bull provides only
one month data therefore once in a month is necessary otherwise you will have to
enter trade manually. If you want to complete overhead like brokerage, STT, Transaction charges etc. go to Menu 'File' - 'Stock Ledger', right click at Grid - select 'complete' - 'All'. Now you can know your intraday P&L of any day by right clicking at grid & selecting 'show P&L' & selecting date. If you want to Know upto date P&L - select 'report' menu by right clicking at Grid. For correct upto date P&L you have to update LTP of your scripts so that valuation of your stock can be done. To update LTP of the scripts - Start your PIB software - go to market watch - open all scripts of your portfolio (it doesn't matter if there are more scripts then your portfolio, this software will take only required scripts) - export this market watch. Now you can update LTP of your scripts from Menu 'File' - 'Script List' - right click at grid & select 'Update LTP'. if you are not a client of India Bull & You want to keep record of your daily trade, you can enter data manually. Open 'File' - 'Stock Ledger' - Right click at grid & select 'Add' It is noted that 'PIB' is not exporting Trade Search correctly regarding Intra/Cash quantity. To overcome this problem, a menu has been added in 'Tools' - 'Correct Cash/Intra Qty'.
