The Caribbean Cultural Exchange or C.C.E. is the 1st caribbean organization on the campus of the University of South Florida established in 1982. It is also one of the largest and most diverse as well. Our goal is to try and be a home away from home to those coming directly from the caribbean and to those who are of caribbean descent. However C.C.E. is open to everyone with a passion for all things caribbean. We share and educate with weekly meetings which consist of social interaction, Caribbean news, and little Caribbean lessons held every Wednesdays @ 4:45pm. C.C.E. promotes cultural awareness in and around the USF community by displaying showcases, collaborating with other student organizations and volunteering around the Tampa Bay area. We also attend a bi-annual conference which unites all other caribbean clubs from other surrounding Florida colleges and universities. The Florida Caribbean Students Association or FCSA was founded by Marlon Hill to try and unite all other Florida colleges and universities CSAs to build bonds and friendship which would last for lifetimes. The University of South Floridas CCE was one of the founding clubs which attend the very 1st conference and we have been attending ever since with more and more universities and colleges attending every year. So if you should ever be interested in stopping by or joining our club, feel free our door is always open and you're always welcome! To contact us just email us at usf_cce@hotmail.com
