Any
Fraternal Benefit Society authorized to transact business in and
reporting to the California Department of Insurance
is eligible for membership in the California Fraternal Congress. A local lodge or branch of an NFCA member society not licensed in California, but meeting Model Fraternal Code requirements may be eligible for an associate membership in the Congress. For additional membership information: California
