Here’s the black Video iPod pictures you wanted. it is 30gb it comes with all original accessories and it does have warranty still. it’s only been few months since purchased. Please know that all the smudges are what they are, smudges from fingers, NOT scratches. The picture with video playing is only like that on picture, on real life it is not. it’s same as if you took a picture of any other lcd devices such as PDAs and what not. It does come with an extra case from iskin and it has been on since ipod was purchased. the little “oily” mark on the picture with the case on is not oil or any liquid, it is just how it came out on picture because of the silicon pressing against the smooth plastic surface of the iPod. I am willing to meet up with you to do the trade somewhere between Irvine and LA, possibly downey or cerritos? or wherever it is convenient for you. i would rather prefer a public place such as Starbucks, Borders, or any places like that. the Ipod is in excellent cosmetic, functional condition and you won’t be disappointed.
