Charge John Howard with war crimes, says judge Alastair Nicholson.

Its been reported on a radio program and in some news papers here in Australia that on 26 February 2006 done with judge Alastair Nicholson that the Prime Minister, Foreign Minister and Attorney-General could be charged with war crimes for insisting David Hicks face trial before a US military commission.

I would also wonder as to why our Prime Minister John Howard has not yet been so Charged seeing how he first sent in Australian paid Mercenaries into invade Iraq and now Afghanistan under the disguise of them being supposedly Australian standing Troops !.

Its hard to come to terms with this lie seeing how its was firstly our Prime Minister John Howard and the Australian Parliament paid so called Australian Troops a ( Bonus ) for going into war to fight for Australia the fact is only Mercenaries get paid a ( Bonus ) for going into such a war zone Regular standing troops DO NOT.

There for Prime Minister John Howard and the Australian Parliament yous are the Terrorists.

This fact concerning our so called Australian Army ground " TROOPS " has been bypassed through out and continually over looked by News services here in Australia either by design or just poor form of professionalism on their part but either way all have helped to spread such incorrectness in their news reporting.

You have committed more crimes against Australians and Humanity than yous all would care to admit to.

In that ( United Nations ) had set rules of engagement and of weapons that should not be used in a conventional war to which you Prime Minister John Howard and the Australian Parliament have indeed USED such illegal weapons both on Iraq and Afghanistan and yet you have openly called your invasion of both Iraq and Afghanistan a conventional war.... Bull crap

What to have given back the 40 Billion US dollars in cash that was taken out of that country in the first month of your invasion of Iraq along with the fact of you having raped that country and its oil in just the past 4 years with the food for oil program of which they did not need right from the start.

No matter what is said we have " Seen, Heard and read " at some time ourselfs such reports having taken place along with having " Seen, Heard and read " such misrepresentation having also taken place in them even being broadcasted from our own Australian House of Parliament.

The fact is that it was and is your Australian invasion of Iraq and now Afghanistan seeing how we Australians did NOT DECLARE WAR on any of these country sovereignty what so ever even to this very date and yet you murdered so many.

In that the words" WAR ON TERROR "were first used by George W Bush Jr President of the USA in which he called it ..Their WAR ON TERROR.

And we sure have seen over many generations now how the USA wage WAR and spread TERROR in that have we fogotten Cuba, El Salvador, Nicuargua or Vietnam in which the USA started all these wars and all where under the US CIA WAR OF TERROR in which they instigated !.

There was never ANY formal declaration of war ever having been proclaimed what so ever against Iraq or Afghanistan but the fact that YEARS before hand well before any GROUND troops or coalition faces were ever sent into Invade Iraq and Afghanistan their countrys sovereignty were being bombed from the air by the USA years before hand.

The fact is that our Australian Prime Minister just jumped right in there as some " El presidentee " with out asking we the people of Australia let alone him not informing us until AFTER the fact of him having done so.
No our Australian Prime Minister just picked up on carrying the USA Flag and running with such tripe concerning some muttering of a US President called " George W Bush Jr " that it was supposedly Iraq that attacked the USA in 9/11.

Which was never the case right from the start.

Also seeing the FACT that Australia has NEVER had its own country sovereignty attacked by either Iraq or Afghanistan I would wonder as to why our Prime Minister John Howard had not asked the people of Australia if they wanted this war seeing the fact that under the Australian constitution of Australia it is we the people who are the government.

In that its we the people who elect and appoint our elected head of state to take on the job of governing Australia in which these elected heads are answerable to the Australian Public for there actions in which all parliamentarians in Australia are there to serve us the people in that its NOT we the people that are here to serve them.

This is Australia ..NOT America... I would wonder Mr John Howard do you know the difference any more at all now seeing its hard to see any differences now a days perhaps this is the NEW WORLD ORDER that you spoke about some time ago.

One last thing which is also interesting Prime Minister John Howard is what you said that you would like to see what you have called " Australian troops " stay in these countries of Iraq and Afghanistan until 2008.

I would ask is that because of the fact that in 2008 the completion of STAR WARS systems would be completely in place by then as we all did see some of what these killer satellites can do in that capability in action on our TV sets at least in the early days of the illegal Australian invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan.

One has to admire these people of Iraq and Afghanistan given the overwhelming odds in that so many few small people can kick the ass of so many countrys with such higher Technologies that have come to invade their country.
