Request for Quotation This is a free service, for you to request and obtain a free quotation for any commissioned musical work you may require. Requests for free Quotations can and will only be fulfilled, after all necessary information from you has been received. 3. Commissioned musical compositions We provide musical composition according to your needs and requirements. Your order for the musical composition must be received in writing. Once your order is received by us, you will receive our contract for your review and signature. Following provisions apply when commissioning musical compositions and/or lyrical contents, as well as using the supplied choreographies for commercial shows: - All musical and lyrical content of commissioned work is protected by international copyright laws. - All copyright remains with the creator of the composition, including but not limited to all musical, lyrical and choreographical content. - You may use all material supplied to you for private use and provided that you do not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices contained on the materials. - At the time of commissioning musical compositions, a non-refundable Deposit of 25% (twenty five percent) of the total amount of the provided quotation is due to the Composer, namely ShaKe'm Music. 4.Definitian of private use Private use in these term and conditions means: - Use for your own personal use and non-commercial activities. - Use for dance classes and teachings. When commercial shows are conducted, the commissioned music must be declared to your/or the venue owners royalty collecting agency like every other musical composition used. 5.Payment Terms At time of ordering commissioned musical compositions, a non-refundable Deposit of 25% (twenty five percent)of the overall amount, of the provided Quotation is due for payment. At this time, the following methods of payments are accepted: - Paypal - Bank transfer - Money Orders - Regarding additional methods of payment, please contact us. 6. Registration We do not require registration to use this site. You can review all information available on this site, free of charge. Only when requesting a free Quotation or commission work, we will ask you for your personal information. In connection with requesting a free Quotation or commission musical pieces, you agree to provide us with accurate, complete, and updated information required by the request form, including, without limitation, your legal name, address, telephone number(s), applicable payment data and such other information that may be required by such forms. You agree to notify us within fourteen (14) days of any changes in your previous provided Data. Failure to comply with this provision may result in stopping on all works you might have commissioned. Information provided to us by you will be protected by us in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy. 7.
