We recently went through the whole FASFA college grant application thing with our daughter. It was practically a requirement that we have a complete picture of our finances for the application. This was perfect.
Its nice to finally be able to see our TRUE asset allocation. Not just for 401k or IRA, but for everyting, or anything.
Love the Budget -- I've come to depend on it.
No more arguing about money! My husband and I planned our entire year's budget in less time than one of our old "bill paying sessions" used to take. I admit we did argue a little while setting up the budget; but hell, once a year is better than 26 times a year.
Well worth the price.
Very nice. Now any extra money that we have on paydays is seen far in advance. Then we give it a job to do!.
I was able to experiment! I kept increasing the amount paid on my monthly mortgage payment (using the Blackboard tab) until it reached a point where it didn't make much difference in payoff time. That's just the right aount of extra principal to pay. thanks.
