Sebra Choudhry - Funding Co-ordinator/Strategic Planner
To be added at a later date as Sebra has just come into post.

Tamara Van Cuylenburg - Outreach Worker
Peterborough Women’s Centre is currently undertaking research into the needs of women living in or around Peterborough. This will enable the Women’s Centre to represent and cater for every woman in Peterborough, taking into account differences in taste, experience or need. If you would like to know more or would like to get involved, contact Tamara at the Centre.
OUTREACH PROJECT
The Women’s Centre has funding to develop Outreach Projects in its surrounding areas. The project primarily focuses on partnership with other agencies in addressing the needs of women. Group and individual sessions take place according to need. As well as the Outreach Worker, an Asian Support Worker, Children’s Worker and Administrator are involved in delivering this service. We hoped that volunteers are recruited to work in their own community. If you are a woman or professional who feels they or their organisation could benefit from this service, please contact Tamara at the Centre.

Asian Women's Support Worker
Post temporaily vacant.

Tracey Ward - Child Support Worker
I've been in post since 7th September 1999 as Childcare Support Worker and my main role is to offer information, advice, and support to women with children. However, as a Women's Centre worker, I also see women in crisis whether or not there are children involved.
I organise a Drop-In session on mornings and a Mums and Tots group on a Tuesday morning and run the Post Natal Depression Group.
I also develop the outreach service of PWC by liasing with other agencies to make more women aware of the support and guidance that we can offer.

Laura Porter - Children's Worker
As Children's Worker at PWC, I am responsible for ensuring the children who use the Centre have fun in a happy, safe, and secure envioronment. My day-to-day responsibilities include running mums and tots once a week, 10am-12pm. The creche is available for children whilst thier mothers use the Centre for the drop-in or to see a worker. The creche if free for the first hour and can also be used if mothers are receiving counselling or are attending a course at the Centre.
I am also responsible for providing childcare in an Outreach capacity, whist mothers are receiving advice or counselling out in the community.
I am also involved with promoting services to mothers at the Centre and meet with mums at other groups for a chat and to let them know of the facilities at PWC.

Karen McDonald - Our Computer Consultant
It is my task to help out with the computing side of things where I can. As can be seen, I have created this web site for the Centre. Altough I have moved on from my Administrative post at the Centre, I am still available on a freelance basis to do a fair bit of leaflet and poster design, so I can still excercise my creative side!
