It's a surprisingly fun automobile, despite the balky shifting. It comes with a sunroof, heated leather, front and rear fogs, useless spoiler, etc. Those 6 star BBS aoolys are stock as well. More is coming!!!

Well here's a design flaw if I've ever seen one. No, as it turns out, we didn't break it with a golf ball. As my grandfather loaded away some groceries and closed the trunk....the rear windshield gave way. The Passat, and my dad's Golf I might add, require a great force to close the trunk on one try, therefore putting great stress on the rear half of the car, windshield included. I was on my way to my grandfather's house and I saw him on the road, but I didn't believe what I saw until I was up close to it. The Good Things: It proves the safety glass works how it's supposed to, and I was worried about the rear brake light because it was getting dusty inside, so that got a cleaning. And insurance paid for it. When asked how the ride was with a semi-convertible, Papa replied with enthusiasm, "Oh it was great!" No recalls have been issued yet by VW NA.
