Pikachu's Vacation

One summer day, Pikachu and the other pokemon owned by Ash, Misty and Brock recive a letter to come to Pokemon Land, a theme park for only Pokemon, so they can spend their holiday there.

They are all joyful, however after a while, from coming through the gate, Togepi starts to cry. He is just a baby, and he is hungry. Startled, yet wanting him to stop crying, Pikachu pulls his cheeks to make a funny face. Squirtle also tries, though in vain.

Bulbasaur finds an ripe apple on a branch of a tree. He then uses Razor leaf to cut the apple off the tree. The fruit drops, and rolls to stop right before Psyduck. Psyduck then takes it, and then to Pikachu's surprise, Psyduck eats the apple and then walks off.

Togepi weeps, and crys, until Bulbasaur rocks him to sleep in a vine whip. Pikachu is relieved, but then Riachu, Cubone, Bruno (Buru)(Snub-bull) and Pikablu (Marill) pass near them, chatting loudly. Squirtle asks them to be quiet, only making them angery. As Bulbasaur joins, the two groups glare at eachother ready and poised to fight.Pikachu tries hard to soothe them.

Togepi totters to a river valley, and onto a log over the rushing water. Pikachu turns pale, and follows Togepi, crying, "Pi pi pi (meaning "Togepi!!")." The log moves suddenly. Pikachu is startled, while Togepi is pleased. It rolls down the valley in a high speed, throwing Pikachu into the river. He looks around quickly for Togepi, finding him at a side of the river bank on the other side of the narrow valley. He sighs, relieved.

As he gets back, carrying Togepi on his back, he gives another sigh to have seen the two groups still quarrel and locked into place.

They decide to have Squirtle and Pikablu have a swimming match. Obstructed by some of the other Pokemon, both swim with a great dilagence, and Pikablu wins. But their fight doesn't finish, for they are not satisfied yet.

Raichu's electric sparks sparkles, hitting Pikachu and Togepi. He stiffens his body, shocked. Raichu and the other Pokemon of his group laugh.

Pikachu looks back, his eyes lifted, and burning with rage. He goes close to Raichu, glaring at him. Raichu stares back. A tense hush is between them for all but a minute...

They dashes out suddenly. They run and run, down pathes, through a river, crashing against other Pokemon on their way, Meowth who dozes on a grassy hill, and Charizard dozing under a cliff are included in being run down by the two little electric warriors. Charizard flares up, and dashes after them after they both stept on his tail, but the two didn't care nore did they notice. Charizard fails to capture them, as his head gets stuck in a small pipe.

Puzzlement are in minds of the Pokemon, except for Raichu's group, including Charizard. The hole in the pipe is too small for his head, and he cannot pull it out no matter how many times he tries to pull back. Ash's Pokemon try to tie his legs tight with the end of a long and thick rope. They grip it and pull it with all their might. They try over and over, but Charizard's head is still in the pipe. Tears fills his eyes, as he is disappointed, one flame thrower after another is expelled from the top of the pipe as Charizard weeps in shame and in pain.

Raichu and his group members watch them, keeping a short distance. Pikachu goes near them, and asks, "pika, pika pika chu. Pikachu. (Help us. Please)" They agree with him, and go to take the rope, except Cubone. They try harder, and Charizard's head is almost out, yet still it wishes to be stuborn. Tears roll down his cheeks. Meowth hears the commosion below and peers into the pipe, only to have Charizard's flamed breath fry him...

Cubone's hands finally grip the the rope at a point just an inch before Pikachu's on the rope. Pikachu is delighted. They try once more, much harder. Finally, Charizard and his head are pulled out of the hole.

The Two groups are now friends. They repair places which have been destroyed by their fight, and play together the rest of the day.

In the evening, Ash and his friends come back to take Pikachu and the others home. As he calls Pikachu, a big smile grows on Pikachu's face. "Pikapi! (Ash)" Pikachu runs and jump straight into his chest and his waiting arms.
