This is Ara'gath, the Desert Gem of the CR. Here the traveller will find bazards importing and exporting goods from all corners of the untamed and uncharted planet. This is a city of commerce and caravans. Here "everything" is for sale for the right price. One can find rare gems to assassins for hire. The grand central open air market is the heart of the city.

Great celestial ships with their whipping colorful sails bring in the goods that are sold here while the more adventurous lead caravans across the sand dunes and expose themselves to bandits and the hungry desert creatures that lurk in the wilds of the Ara'gathian Desert.

Underground tiled pipes embeded deep within the ground carry precious water intothe city from the K'hart Moutains in the East. The precious resource is carried into the city via aquaducts.

A typical Ara'gathian house is built around a central courtyard from which all rooms radiate from. The noises from the busy streets are dimmed by thick adobe walls. The residential districts are located far from the market, but all streets lead to it.
