Mom, I went to Sleep Last night

I Remember You Kissed My Cheek.

And You Sang the same Sweet Song

As I Drifted Off to Sleep.

Yet, When I woke this morning

I couldn't find You Near.

And Like a Helpless , Frightened Child,

I Am Alone here.

I Remember the Things You told Me

I Hold them in My Heart .

" That Even If I Didn't See You...

We Would Never Be apart."

But Mom I Really Need You,

To Show me what To do.

I never had to Dance this dance,

Without You.

And then the Angels Voices

Floated Gently from the Skies

"Oh Sweet Child of Mine,

I am with You,

Forever By your Side " ...

" Remember What I told You,

That Nothing really Ends ...

I am just away, getting ready Your room

For when We meet again. "

"So Dance Your Dance Sweet Child

As I watch over You.

You Have the strength of Angels

And Your Mothers Love with You."

"This House You Visit there on Earth

Is Nothing Much You see.

And when Your dance has ended

Again You will be with Me."

Gently on the cheek...
