And I Dance

There is a Music In my Soul

That only I can hear...

And I dance with abandon

I bid farewell to My fear.

As the crescendo rises

So does my heart ...

Lifting me to the heavens

Of it I am a part.

Leaving behind all the sadness

That kept me bound...

Sweet release comes

With the Ethereal sounds

The heavenly strings

The angelic flow ...

Captured now

In my earthly soul.

Round I spin

At a dizzying pace...

My heart pounding hard

I am touched by grace.

And because of this grace

I am finally free

To release the music

That lives within  me.
