SQUAD MEMBERS
Mark Lewis, Law student (what what!) - Manager - Defence/Midfield/Attack
Self appointed manager of the plebs who finds himself in both a defensive and
attacking role for the team. Roams the pitch for a loose ball and always looks
for the best way to score. Recognisable as the one shouting orders to the rest
of the team. Has been known to score from almost any angle/distance. Prone to
loosing his mind and has urinary tract problems (incontinance pants). Has numerous
alter ego's but lets hope its Roy Keane on the field for the Plebs and not notoriuos
soap serial killer Brian Capron, 54.
Michael Petch, Media student - Assistant Manager - Defence/Midfield
Defender come midfielder.
Predominantly a right channel player who is integral in keeping the Plebs in the
game. Deputy manager (whatever that means). Has been known to score a rare
beauty, especially in very important matches. Mostly used as backups to keep the
defence together.
Christopher Snell, Comms student - ONLY Attack
Very confidant striker who likes to stick to the left channel and is believed
to have no defensive duties. One of the Plebs top two scorers along with Lewis.
Regularly manages to find a crack in the defence, or create one. Always determined
to get the ball, even if it means a foul. Often seen to use a bizarre technique
known as the bunny hop - the effectiveness of this piece of trickery is highly
dubious. Expected by all to have some kind of match ban very soon!
Gregory Shelton, local bum, works part time at weatherspoons - Midfield
Another left channel player along with Snell, forcing Lewis to move to more of
a right channel position. Fond of 'chesting' the ball working his way in to corners
during the game. Is a keen subscriber to the notion of 'network passing'. Tries
hard to play as an attacker and defender, which could pay off.
Mark Chadderton, Law student - Midfield/Attack
Very confidant player who has made an excellent addition to the team. Has the
scoring ability that the Plebs need along with the ability to play defensively.
Adds some much needed bite in the midfield and rarely gives up.
Danny Raine, Law student - Midfield/Attack
Yorkshire lad. Probably all that needs saying really. Should help out the plebs
in attacking.
Jon Phillips, Media student - Defence/Midfield

Leader of the Plebs opposition in friendly matches (Jon is yet to beat the Plebs),
he has agreed to play as a sub in 2003's competative matches. Regually finds a
hole in the deffense so could be usefull.
Joel Durston, Law student - Attack
A fresh face for the Plebs who is chief hustler for the Plebs. May come in
handy as a sub during the 2003 league.
EX-PLAYERS
James Toye - Shit Goalkeeper & Twat
The Plebs ex goalkeeper who evicted the Plebs from their house. Will never
play for the plebs again as he is a weird, disturbed and friendless person.

Jens (Sven) Enkvist - Midfield/Attack
-

Swede
prone to great bouts of skill, sometimes taking on and beating three defenders
in a row. Was a full time Pleb in 2001 until his departure home.
Jesper Sanderberg - Goalkeeper/Defence

Another Swede who was an excellent all rounder and very menacing
to the opposition. Also a full time Pleb in 2001 until departure.
Philippe Mascarau - Midfield/Attack
Fast Frenchman who regularly played as a
midfield/striker sub in 2001/2002. Took part in the Intermural League of early
2002. Departed to Paris mid 2002.
J.C. - Goalkeeper/Defence
Small Frenchman with some quirky goalkeeping skills. Played in
different roles during the Intermural League of early 2002. Left for the south
of France mid 2002.
Andy - Midfield
Drafted in during the last few games of the early 2002 intermural
league. Made a brilliant match up with Lewis to nearly help us get promoted.
If you ever played for the plebs, leave us a message on the
message
board.
