Fuku: Her choker is black and has a gold star in the middle of it. Her collar is purple (closest to her neck) then blends to white and then to black. Her brooch is a black oval shape and her bows are purple and on the end black, with small white spots all over them. Her skirt is dark purple. Her boots come up to her shins and her a diamond shape cut out of them. Her gloves are cut off at the fingers like gauntlets.
Transformation: She calls out her henshin phrase and then gold light wraps around her and then her staff appears.
Weapons: Her staff is a little shorter than her and it's body is gold. At the top of it is a dark purple half star. There is only half because S. Warning disobeyed her master and he sent her to Earth with only half her power.

Sailor Warning attacks with gold light that comes out her staff.
Psyche Wave!
In this attack Sailor Warning holds out her staff. Purple mist comes out from it and if the person she is using it on has a "weak" mind then she can control them.
Background: She used to live on another planet but, was in close contact with Lord Zodiac on the Earth. Something happend (she won't tell) and then her master disowned her to Earth, and broke her senshi staff, leaving her with only half her power.
