Fuku: Collar, front bow, and skirt are blue. Boots( knee high), glove bands, and back bow are silver. No tiara or choker. Bare midriff. Gloves are fingerless.
Transformation: She runs, bent at the waist. The vision of a fight is much more constant now. She watches, waiting until no one is around. She skids to a stop and slips into an alley. Raising her head up, she shouts at the top of her lungs, "Timewarp Power Activate!" She is lost in a blinding flash of blue light. The light softens and becomes silver. As the light fades, Kira can be seen in her body suit, skirt, and collar. Her center button appears and settles on her chest. One blue ribbon of light and five of silver stream out of the button. The blue one and one of the silver ones solidify into two bows. The blue one flows through the center button and stays there. The other bow flows through her body and settles on the small of her back, just above her waist. Two of the remaining ribbons wrap around her elbows and flash into her gloves. The other two wrap around her legs and form her boots. She ends sitting with her left arm wrapped around her waist and her right arm around her neck, sitting cross-legged on the ground just as the fight begins.

Personality: Loyal, trusting, and always there to lend a hand or protect. Very sensitive to the needs of others. Always puts others before herself. Believes in fate and destiny, but also believes that they can be changed if someone tries hard enough. Tends to hide her emotions around others. Is very hard to reach, but someone who really wants to reach her can in time find out what’s underneath the face Kira shows to the world.
Additional comments: Has powers that allow her to move things without touching them, extract information directly from some one’s mind, speak mind-to-mind, and Heal herself and others. She can also predict the future accurately, see things miles away, and read others feelings.
