List of individuals that had stated and written letters suggesting that legal action be taken against Daimler Chrysler.

1. Mr. Barry F. Woody, Assistant Director State of TN, Dept. of Commerce and Insurance Division of Consumer Affairs, Nashville, TN

Mr. Woody in his letter states the strongest support for taking legal actions in a court of law.

2. Ms. Judy Taylor, Mr. Alberto B. Jimmnez, Mr. Scott Shadle U.S. Dept of Transportation National Highway and Traffic Safety Administration

3. Ms. Leigh, Office of Consumer Affairs, Atlanta GA

She stated in her telephone call: you should take Legal actions based on the issues of mechanical failures and safety. Ms. Leigh was also responsible for the letter from the Federal Trade Commission.

4. Federal Trade Commission

Letter with information about our legal rights and actions that could be taken

5. Attorney John Harmon, Washington D.C. and Silver Spring, Maryland

Attorney Harmon reviewed letters and other documents of the recalls of th e1994 L.H.S. Chrysler and states that legal action should be brought against Daimler Chrylser and Grindstaff in the state of TN.

6. Mr. Ronnie Davis, Service Manager, Grindstaff Inc.

Mr. Davis recommended that I should submit my letter to the Dispute for settlement, Texas. There were four denials by one panel member-Mr Robert Proffitt of Daimler Chrysler in Detroit, MI. Mr. Davis also said, Mrs. Paul you should bring legal actions against Grindstaff, Inc. as well as Daimler Chrysler.

7. Congressman William Jenkins, Kingsport TN

His assistant Mr. Bill Snodgrass aided us in calling the office of consumer affairs, Nashville TN and the office of National Highway and Traffic Safety Administration, Washington, D.C. and also the office of Safety and Compliance, Ms. Susan Cischke, Daimler Chrysler Corp. Michigan

Mr. Bill Snodgrass after making numerous attempts to assist us, with our complaints and the issues of safety and mechanical failures concurred that legal actions should be taken.
