IMPORTANT NOTES

• All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days after purchase. Because delivery dates and times vary, we do not guarantee a date of delivery. However, items are usually delivered within 10 days from purchase.
• All refund claims must be filed within 30 days from purchase of merchandise.
• We reserve the right to refuse a shipment to a particular individual based on previous claims filed.
• All merchandise returned must include the original package containing the merchandise received. Additionally, we do ask that the return shipment be sent in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials as was previously used for shipping the merchandise.
• We will gladly refund the return shipping charges to send a replacement if an incorrect or defective item is received.
• Although we check daily, we can not guarantee that EVERY item is available at the time of purchase. If a situation would arise that an item YOU ordered is NOT available, you will be notified and issued a complete refund.

IMPORTANT: We strongly encourage all customers ship all returns either UPS or USPS Mail.  In addition, we do recommend that all customers ship their returns with a confirmation of receipt.  This can be accomplished by requesting a "Signature Required" when shipping UPS or "Delivery Confirmation" through the US Postal Service.  We want to be sure that all returns receive proper credit once received.
