"You did great moon face." Michiru smiled softly. "Thanks! How...how did you, umm, get healed?" Usagi questioned. "A red butterfly floated along and landed on my chest. It...I don’t know how to explain it!" she giggled. "By the way, our main enemy is at the lake. But I think we should search for Haruka-san." Usagi added. "Mmm...who do you think sent that to me? You know, the butterfly?" Michiru asked. "I think...that new senshi. Sailor Distant Star I think...? She has healed me too! She isn’t as bad as her black fuku makes her look!" Usagi replied. Meanwhile at the ball park..."What ‘tis your name?" Sailor Distant Star shouted out of the blue. "Just call me Himeko!" the youma yelled. Sailor Distant Star nodded and ran at Himeko. When she was no more than a foot in front of her, she jumped up and kicked her in the face. Quickly she moved out of the way as Super Sailor Uranus yelled "SPACE SWORD BLASTER!" As bad as their luck had been, it didn’t finish her off. Himeko quickly stood up. "So, it’s a fight to the finish, eh?" she croaked. "Well then! Say your prayers girlies!" A ball dropped out of the sky into the youmas right hand. She stretched her arm back and threw it quickly, yelling "Fast Ball!". She threw it at Super Sailor Uranus, who did a double front flip over it and landed perfectly. "Give me your best shot scumbag!!" Super Sailor Uranus yelled. It was as if the two senshi read the others mind. They would do hand to hand combat, and a surprise attack. Sailor Distant Star ran up behind Himeko and began to punch and kick her, and when she began to turn around, ready to throw a punch at the attacker, Sailor Distant Star tripped her. She ran her foot swiftly, but hard, under her opponents feet. When she fell Super Sailor Uranus had already traveled across the diamond and she had grabbed the youmas collar. She took Himeko and threw her into the fence. She had a feeling this would get rough and bloody, how she liked it. Before Himeko could slink down Sailor Distant Star was throwing punches, which were hardly blocked. Himeko kicked Sailor Distant Star hard in the stomach, making her fall back. But Super Sailor Uranus was already punching the youma, and grabbed it’s punches. Super Sailor Uranus pulled back her arm for a heavy blow, and punched Himeko hard in the stomach, which broke the fence and had Himeko falling with it. Super Sailor Uranus and Sailor Distant Star stood over Himeko. "Giving up? Don’t tell me that’s all ya got!" Super Sailor Uranus smirked and kicked a bit of dirt. Himeko lay there, not knowing what to do. Quickly she grabbed one of their legs and made them fall backwards. Himeko dashed a distance off, and threw 20 balls at them. Luckily for Sailor Distant Star she hopped backwards a few feet and then fell. They had both dived out of the way, but unfortunately Super Sailor Uranus got the hit worse. She had hit her head hard on the ground after the blast, and she had also torn her suit pretty bad. Her legs were burnt a bit, but not too much. Sailor Distant Star was lucky, her shoes had melted and her skirt was torn. That was about it. She threw off her shoes and quickly and ran to help Uranus up. By now she was furious. She stood up, and as fast as the wind, she tackled the laughing youma. "What now?!" the senshi of wind yelled and began to punch the youma furiously. Blood began to leak out of Himeko’s mouth. She shoved the soldier off of her in time to stand up. Sailor Distant Star quickly ran up, but a bat had appeared in her opponents hand. "Want to play rough? I’ll teach you for messing with me!" Himeko screamed. Sailor Distant Star dodged getting hit until Super Sailor Uranus was ready. "Move!" she shouted and then yelled "Space Sword BLASTER!!" Himeko squealed and was hit. But she was STILL there. "This is making me very angry!" Super Sailor Uranus growled, and Sailor Distant Star nodded in agreement. Himeko suddenly mumbled something and began to glow. "Submarine Reflection!" a beautiful voice yelled. Neptune appeared, and Himeko’s attack was reflected to herself. She screamed and exploded. All that was left was a battered baseball. Sailor Distant Star turned to see two other senshi. She stood only for a moment and ran into the nearby woods. "Wait!" the three called. But she was gone. "What happened here? Super Sailor Neptune asked. "I’ll explain later, first, where is everyone else?" the senshi of wind questioned. Sailor Distant Star stood closer than they thought, and heard there was trouble at the lake. "Oi! I’d best get this over with!" she sighed and headed off before the other senshi. Back with Rei, she had just reached the park and there wasn’t a sign of anyone! "Strange..." she told herself. She wandered around and stumbled upon a lake. Across it were 5 figures. Rei moved in closer, and noticed the people were unusual. 3 were tied up, 1 was in a costume, and the other was gothic looking. "Totally unusual..." she said to herself. She squinted her eyes and noticed right away who they were. "Makoto, Amy, and Minako! With a youma and that evil witch!!" she gasped. "There’s no time to waste! Mars Crystal Power!" Rei yelled and was soon Super Sailor Mars. She snuck closer, to listen to their plan. Fortunately, Hotohori was explaining what to do. "It is too bad we don’t have them all, or this would for sure work!" Hotohori hissed. "Be sure to hover the three over the lake tied together, and make the others surrender!" Hotohori began to cackle. "What can I do?! I need a plan!" Rei squealed in her head. She called the others up and filled them in, and together they devised a plan, but it wasn’t sure proof. They figured Sailor Distant Star might pop up too. Sailor Distant Star saw Super Sailor Mars snooping in the trees and ran behind the two enemies. Super Sailor Venus’ eyes widened as she saw the girl running along, hiding when necessary. Super Sailor Mars slapped her hand on her forehead. Once Sailor Distant Star reached Super Sailor Mars, she was furious. "Are you out of your mind?!" she whispered angrily. "I had a plan! And I know they wouldn’t see me." Sailor Distant Star replied and stuck out her tongue. "And what if they would have?" Mars questioned, still angry. "I would have fought them, even if I were out numbered!" Sailor Distant Star said, trying to calm Mars down. Super Sailor Mars didn’t say anything more for a little while. "I hope you don’t mind, but we were needing you as bait..." Super Sailor Mars told her. "Well, normally I’m not so friendly, but I wanted to know how to help. So, what do I have to do?" Sailor Distant Star said a bit rudely. The black haired girl explained and Sailor Distant Star nodded, and then ran off to defeat the enemy. She snuck up behind the two enemies again and kicked the youma in the back. What she didn’t know was it was attached to the rope holding the hostage senshi. Lyra splashed into the lake, the helpless senshi with her. She then threw a rock at the back of Hotohori’s head. Sailor Distant Star gasped, but she couldn’t save them. "Oh no!" Super Sailor Mars eyes widened in fear. Sailor Distant Star ran off with Hotohori hot on her heels. She turned her head back for a moment, but suddenly tripped. Hotohori stood over her. "Stupid girl...didn’t you learn never to look back?" Hotohori cringed. "Didn’t you ever learn to never look into the face of death?!" Sailor Distant Star yelled and threw a handful of dirt into Hotohori’s eyes. Quickly Sailor Distant Star stood up. But she did not run. She felt scared, strong, and also as if it was best she did this. She felt she now had a duty, not only to protect others, but for some odd reason, to protect herself. After rubbing the soil out of her eyes she stared at Sailor Distant Star. "Why didn’t you run?" she asked. "Because, I have a new duty. I must protect and help here. And to do that, I must defeat you." the blonde replied with a blank, but mad look, and a strange tone in her voice. For a moment Hotohori was scared, but she shook it off. "Alright then, show me what you’ve got!" she yelled. Meanwhile, while Hotohori had been rubbing dirt out of her eyes, Super Sailor Neptune and Uranus went and freed the 3 senshi, and helped them to the surface. "I’ll give that girl a piece of my mind! Try to drown our comrades!" Super Sailor Uranus growled. "I guess that’s the end of that youma..." Super Sailor Neptune said softly after wringing water out of her hair. "I’ll stay with them, the rest of you go find Hotohori!" Super Sailor Mars urged them. The plan somewhat changed from what Mars had planned. The 3 senshi ran the way Sailor Distant Star had lured Hotohori. When they arrived Hotohori was lying dead on the ground. "What happened?!" Super Sailor Uranus said and turned every which way to find Sailor Distant Star. "Do you really want to know?" a dark voice said from above. "It’s a trap!" Uranus said and un-sheathed her sword. "I’m not going to hurt you, I’m just cautious..." it said again. "I didn’t run from her...I threw dirt in her eyes. The rest happened fast...she was about to do an attack and I...I did something evil...something took over me! It’s still in me a bit...It’s all a blur! I know I attacked her but I’m not sure how. This is a first this has happened..." she paused. The three senshi huddled back to back, searching. "I guess I made her attack backfire. You shouldn’t see me...don’t look for me or it may happen again!" she finished. Super Sailor Uranus put her sword away and clenched her fists. "You almost killed people back there! You’re insane! Show your face you coward!" Super Sailor Uranus yelled, very angry. Sailor Distant Star walked out of the shadows, her eyes glowing red. Super Sailor Neptune gasped. "I told you... don’t anger me!" Super Sailor Distant Star shouted with clenched fists shaking at her sides. They all stepped back. "You are working for the enemy! You are trying to kill our partners!" Super Sailor Uranus yelled back, anger gleaming in her eyes. Sailor Distant Star swiftly disappeared and reappeared face to face with Uranus. Her red eyes made her seem evil. Sailor Distant Star punched Uranus hard in the stomach. "Don’t you EVER say that! I was forced to come here because of her! I told you not to mess with me!" Sailor Distant Star said and walked off, disappearing. "She is right Haruka, but are you ok?" Eternal Sailor Moon asked cautiously. Sailor Distant Star de-transformed when she was away from everyone, and once she was normal again. She sighed, she didn’t mean to hurt the senshi, but something inside made her do it. Once she reached home she stared blankly into space. But just then she noticed something out of the corner of her eye. She looked across the table and grabbed the note. It read that Frederick had moved out and a few other things. Ikkyoku sighed and looked at the clock. It was already 5:30 PM! Ikkyoku wasn’t hungry, and she had no homework so she decided to watch tv to pass the time. She thought of the battles, how quick they seemed...and the darkness that overcame her. She closed her eyes and was soon in space with her mother. "What...what happened?!" she cried to her mother. "I...I’m not able to tell you now, but you will learn in time. Why that happened and why you are a senshi." Sakura told her crushed daughter. Meanwhile, the three senshi were resting in civilian form at Rei’s. She had used charms and many other things to revive and heal them. "They’ll be ok by tomorrow." Rei told Usagi, who was worried more than anyone else. While Usagi was watching over the 3 girls, Rei, Haruka, and Michiru began to talk about the enemy. And Sailor Distant Star became up too. "Well, I personally don’t like her. I thought she was on our side! She tried to kill 3 of our comrades, and she punched me!" Haruka grunted. Michiru sighed, she didn’t know what to think of this new rebel-ish senshi. "I don’t think Setsuna could have seen her coming, nor Hotaru! It’s surprise you didn’t predict her coming Rei!" Michiru said with a confused and worried tone. "You are right Michiru..." Rei paused. They continued to talk until 9 PM and Rei called everyone’s parents. She lied, saying they would be cramming for upcoming tests, Rei pulled extra blankets and pillows out for them. Meanwhile, Ikkyoku decided to go to bed because of trauma and boredom. She had decided to be cautious and more careful about her future. She wanted out of this place she was stuck in, and back to normal at home.
